New Mec Man vacuum dryer catalog

We are pleased to present our new company catalog, created on the occasion of our participation in Simac Tanning Tech, which took place in Milan Fiera from 20 to 22 February 2019.

Among the news:

• Vacuum dryer Mec Giant 9.0, the largest in the world
• The innovative technology of the Ice Vacuum and Ice Water systems

The new Mec Giant plant consists of 3 components:

• the Mec Giant vacuum dryer, with top dimensions up to 9 meters;
• the Ice Vacuum, the only double turbo system vacuum unit, running on water, with exceptional performance and reduced consumption, which allows a full and uniform drying at temperatures of 36 °-40 °C;
• the new Ice Water, which maintains water at a constant temperature of 7 °C in every season, with a consumption of only 4 KW.

This guarantees unparalleled results and reduced consumption, reduced drying times, 50% more processed leather (compared to standard sizes) and excellent quality of the dried skin, which is full and soft.
